What was very refreshing was how his team, including his son, all looked up to him and clearly respected and liked him as a person.  The entire team were friendly, highly professional, and very efficient.  My wife and I felt very comfortable around James and his team.   We leaned on them for helping move our undamaged stuff into their storage and help in moving to our rental.  We trust them with the cleaning and sanitizing of our stuff -including my wife's extensive art pieces and my collection of Hindu statues.  

Jim was referred to me by my neighbor who is a contractor. I couldn't believe I had a fire in my rental and didn't know where to start. I have a full-time job and have no time to coordinate all the contractors I needed - painters, drywallers, electricians and such. They were really careful about mold containment and super tidy. They were professional and really kind. We had moisture come up through the slab and get trapped by mats in our home gym and it totally ruined our flooring. SERVPRO took care of absolutely everything.

Had a great experience for water damage remediation. Everyone was very professional, they came out to the house the same day I called. Did a thorough survey of the affected area and implemented what was necessary to remove the moisture from the floors and walls. Thank you!

I really hope that no one goes to any circumstances that need a restoration company but if you do SERVPRO and this team is really who you need.
