Flooded Commercial Space in Escondido, CA
This flooded financial commercial space in Escondido, CA was the result of the washing machine from a neighboring unit. The water traveled through the wall and flooded this entire space causing damage to the walls and furniture throughout. Three total units were affected by the washing machine line causing damage to this unit. The after picture was taken exactly seven days after the incident. The seven days had included the extraction, content manipulation, demolition, dry down and rebuild of the space, while also drying down the neighboring units. Our customer was able to get back into the office and continue working out of there.
