Condo Fire in Cardiff by the Sea

This flood was actually caused by a fire that happened on the third story of this building. This was a studio apartment at the bottom of a three-story condo building overlooking the ocean in Cardiff by the Sea. The fire started on the third story causing the fire department to put it out, leading the water to travel down the walls affecting the studio. During the demolition of both the condo and studio, we had a 40-yard dumpster out front in the driveway, filling it up four times. Doing the demolition took two weeks, with ten guys each day. The cleaning on that job with a hot water, power washer and dry ice blasting as well as encapsulation of the framing was a trip as well.
